★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good food but the service is just too slow. The waitresses are nice but only having one of them covering both sides isn’t working. Twice I’ve been in the last couple months while passing through. Both times it took 20min before getting my order in and another 25min to get the food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sat for 2 hours and didn't even get to eat. Took a half hour before we even got our milk and tea. Kids had waffles, but didn't like them. If I could give minus stars I would.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don’t usually write google reviews but my experience here was so awful I had to. I would give negative stars for the service I received if I could.
Worst service I have ever had. Did not ask us what we wanted to drink when we were seated either. Waited for the server to take our order politely for 20 minutes. I then stood up from my table and said excuse me to the waiter expecting her to come over and ask us what we needed. Instead she ignored me and walked away. 5 minutes later she was out again asking if this older couple was finished with their meal. I stood up again and said “could we have our order taken?” And she gave me an extremely dirty look. I was not impressed at all. I sat and waited for 35 minutes before I finally decided to walk out because I felt like I was not going to be served. It was not busy either.
I have eaten there before and I had not had a problem. I believe it was the fault of the middle aged server with light brown hair. Do not recommend her.
