★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have poured approximatly 7 times in the past two months with them. They have been late most of the time, once by an hour and thirty minutes. The mix is really rocky and has little to no cream (32mpa). The water rises to the top bringing sand with it. Its just a really bad mix. Not disgruntled but i dont recommend RMC if you need the concrete to come out nice. For anything else im sure its fine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ RMC provided concrete for my ICF foundation. Concrete order quantity was never confirmed nor correctly logged into their system even though the rep confirmed the order by email. Consequently, we were short on trucks on the day of the pour. Trucks did not arrive back to back and some trucks were delayed by more than 1 hour causing less than ideal joints in the concrete foundation. I asked the rep to compensate me for the delayed trucks but they simply refused. Never deal with them! Horrible service and no compensation in case of screw up even when they acknowledge issues. Totally unreliable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a line pump owner operator and I know placing/finishing too. Today, i had a garage to pour in Vancouver with RMC at 2:30 but the truck showed up around 3:00 which is normal for concrete business. The first truck (143) had no problem or issues backing up to my pump then we ordered a 5 meter balance, after backing up the second driver came up to me and abruptly said “use your brain next time you park your pump”. He said that two times and asked me how long have I been in Canada and told me that he is born and brought up here. I have been doing concrete from past 6 years and never had anyone said anything like this or passed racist comments. I hope RMC will address my issue and take some action.
