C	Carole Pinchin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are considerably experienced RV Campers, having stayed at many campgrounds on one trip in our motorhome that took us through 6 provinces and 33 states, a journey of some 31, 000 km (19,200 miles). We were delighted to find this beautiful park in Smithers, and were overwhelmingly impressed with the on-site host, Doug. He was most helpful, courteous, and kind. When we thought that we had an electrical problem with our motorhome he was able to explain that the issue had to do with the 15 amp service, not the motorhome. In explaining what was happening, he demonstrated an incredible knowledge of electricity and the functioning of various electrical components of our m/h. His entire demeanor was most humble and helpful and he is a terrific representative for the Town of Smithers as their ambassador at this RV Park. This RV Park, with host Doug, is incentive enough for us to want to return to Smithers again. With our most sincere appreciation, Carole & Dale W. Pinchin, Chilliwack, B.C.
M	Mary Karmelle Del Rosario on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice rv park, clean and well maintained but beware of the very rude park attendant named Doug. Rude to us, rude to our dog. Supposed to be a pet friendly park but he was just so mean and verbally aggressive to us. Very taunting and threatened us and our dog.
L	Lindsay Hilderman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean, quiet, and well managed. Manager genuinely cares about keeping the campground spotless and doesn't tolerate noise or partying. She is very well organized with bookings. Beautiful setting by the river with trails and bush. Benches along river where you can sit and enjoy the view. Sites are large with ample space between you and your neighbors. More 30 amp sites need to be added as they have a lot of 15 amp which isn't enough for a trailer. The tent sites are beautiful here if you tent. Washrooms and showers are old and could use an upgrade but the manager keeps them spotless and also keeps the outhouses very clean around the campground as well. Will be coming back!
D	Denise Couillard on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This campground is a little gem. Neat and tidy, surrounded by hiking trails and within walking distance to shops and restaurants. What really makes this place special are the people who run it. Doug and Mel are the friendliest, most welcoming hosts. They made us feel right at home. They have managed to find a great balance between being friendly and welcoming and running this campground efficiently. They are a big part of what makes this place so great. Highly recommend.

Camp attendant made us feel at home. The services provided suited all our needs to a "T"...picnic table, water, electrical, sewer (all in very accessible locations), and firewood available. And, very importantly, at a reasonable, affordable price. Thank you Riverside R.V. Park.
