★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great trail system in Kamloops. Needs a proper connection to the millenium trail coming back from Overlander Bridge through Beach Avenue. Otherwise it's great and well used.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A fantastic spot for an autumn walk. We went for a stroll on a brisk Saturday, everyone was polite and maintained social distancing. We ventured down toward the water - very peaceful and relaxing. A very scenic part of Kamloops, would highly recommend you go out and explore it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As long as you stay o the paved roadside pathway, it's flat and very enjoyable. Unfortunately if you venture off into the treed shoreline your in for much more of a challenge due to the amount of drug use and carelessly discarded trash and paraphernalia that goes unnoticed from the paved pathway.
