★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice experience. First a very quiet trip over the lake and than something more spectacular with the jetboats on the river. Very cool just to be there. Pitty we didn't spot bears on the tour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had such an amazing experience on the jeep tour they offer. Our tour guide was Tess, she was very friendly and knowledgeable, and we got to see a little bear climbing a tree which was a pretty incredible experience. I definitely recommend, even if you dont get to see any wildlife there are such spectacular views and a fun drive up the mountain!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loved the jet boat ride!!! Captain was really great!! The fall view is amazing!! We couldnt spot any wildlife in our tour, othwrwise it was really good!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty good experience, the staff was very friendly and gave us some brief explanation on bears and wildlife. We did get to see a black bear and some birds. River safari has electric silent boats that are great to get close the the animals, the staff gave us blankets and parkas for the cold (we visited in early June). The only minus is the price, a little expensive for one hour boat safari, but worth it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What an adventure and great staff! Kids had so much fun on the boat and were crazy excited about all the wildlife they could see, specially bears! On top of that our guide (I'm sorry but I forgot his name) took us up to the beautiful waterfalls. We will definitely come back soon!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We did the river safari 8 years ago and it was just amazing. Stared in the ice cold fog but when the sun came through we were impressed by eagles, bears and a beautiful landscape. Now we’ll come back next week to do it again with our children.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ✅ super SWEET staff (friendly, provided water, easy to talk to, polite)
✅ Dog friendly in the sense they were happy to look after my little shitzu during the boat ride at their office
✅ super clean bathrooms
✅ Tour was roughly 90ish mins
✅ Really enjoyed the views of the mountains, forests, glaciers etc. Would only recommend if you have 0 expectation of seeing animals and are interested to explore by boat!
- didn’t see any animals but we checked out a waterfall
Improvement: thought the price point was pricey, it would be cool to just chill at the location for a bit (ie near the glaciers)
