My first experience with sharpening was as child, watching my father - a butcher - sharpen knives and tools. Since then, I have worked in social services, started an EcoTourism Business, and am an avid cyclist, gardener and aspiring woodworker.
After all of that - I have found my way back to sharpening and it has been a delight starting this business here in the River Park South community.

If you're in River Park South you should definitely check out his work. Also, super affordable!

Without hesitation I would recommend River Park Sharpening and the service provided. Very impressed and will continue to make this my sharpening place of choice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We just had both some vintage pruners and newer Fiskars sharpened by Rob. They were sharpened and cleaned to look almost new again. Sure made the spring pruning job a lot easier, and definitely kinder to the shrubs. Friendly & quick service and very reasonable price. Highly recommend!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best service ever. I took Rob 7 Henckels knives, 20 years old. They were in bad condition, but he brought them back to life. He was very knowledgeable and provided excellent sharpening advice. My knives seem better than new. Highly recommend this service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 star service at River Park Sharpening. We've tried others in the city, but find that Rob does the best work out there. Our knives feel brand new again. Great rates, fast turnaround, and easy to communicate with. Next day service each time we've dropped off our knives.
