Jordan did an AMAZING job of learning what my business needed, and then implementing changes that would help customers not only find what they’re looking for but have a pretty delightful experience along the way.
One of the biggest things we worked on were custom e-commerce workflows that had to take into account different landing pages and entry points to the site, while keeping the navigation simple and the design friendly.
Jordan’s branding advice was incredibly on-point, and I’ve gotten tons of compliments on the new design. Everything is just leaps and bounds ahead of where it was before.
As a result of the improved presentation, branding, imagery, and navigation that now make up a seamless buying process, I’ve been able to raise my prices by 20% and succeed in a higher-end market :)
