★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed. Do not use your credit card unless you want to get over charged. I stopped the meter after a quick wash and half rinse at $3.00 and found I was charged over $9.00 for the wash on my credit card. When I spoke with the attendant last week after seeing the error not only has no one responded to my complaint, I see the charge on my credit card has increased to $10.00.
Do not go here unless you want extra charges on your credit card.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Floor is polished concrete topped with soapy water and car wax. Serious safety risk, as I could barely stay on my feet it was so slippery. And I am by no means unhealthy or old. Only a matter of time before this place has an incident and someone gets seriously hurt. Considering letting OH&S know.....
Avoid this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's the best vehicle wash I have seen in Edmonton.I am so glad I am 2 minutes drive from it! It was shut for a long time after it originally opened, they had a big contractor mistake when built. The wash time is longer than other washs. Also, the stalls are huge and floor is level. Some washs (Lewis Estates) the bays have tripping hazards in the end stalls. This place Rocks!! Well done on design River Cree!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love this car wash! The bays are nice and wide. The duration of every option is longer and solutions are much more generous than the usual wand wash shops. They staff are very nice! I was able to wash my 3 1/4 ton long box truck in a fraction of the time I generally spend at other wand at washes! Love this place! It is my regular stop now! ??

it used to feel chemically and it was evident when cleaning but now something is wrong water and maybe soap... correct yourself and go back to the old one

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This wand wash is the BEST i’ve ever been to. Huge bays, autobills you in $2 increments until you’re finished. Really clean, and they blast good tunes in the bays. I’ll be back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME AND MONEY DO NOT GO HERE! Only soap and water and it’s not hot water. Abysmal options. None of the pre spray works, the vacuum filter obviously hasn’t been changed because I couldn’t stop coughing when I turned it on. I spent 15 minutes on my truck and $16.00 and then gave up because even the foam brush wouldn’t work - my truck still has dirt marks on it. Thanks for nothing! Never have I been to a car wash with so much potential and so little performance. Walter White did a better job of making his car wash look legitimate. Absolutely infuriating customer experience.
