★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service was awful. We didn't get the chance to experience to golf there as we asked for a refund and left. Looks like a beautiful course though.
We arrived for our tee time (on time) and was repremendad for being late. "Not sure where you guys golf but here we expect you 15 minutes before hand." Fair, that's totally fair but it just wasn't in the cards today for us, as we were leaving our kids to a babysitter so we could indulge in a date day. But we were on time for our tee off. Then to arrive to tee off and told we are to golf with another couple. We weren't comfortable with that considering covid protocols. Went back to the office for a refund and the guy wasn't even sure what he had charged us to golf 9 holes (aren't green fees the same across the board?)
Im sure lots of people have had an amazing experience here. But we will never return, unfortunately.
I've never felt so degraded and lost for words.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The course is in great shape. The servers at the bar could be a lot nicer. The golf club missed out on payment for quite a few meals and probably a lot more drinks because of them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best bang for your dollar. This is a beautiful golf course that is challenging. Great fairways and greens, friendly staff. After playing it for the first time last year, it moved up near the top of my list for favorite golf courses. A must play course for your list.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Two wonderful things about Rivendell - the wonderful golf course and the great food. Thursday night wings are the best around. The greens are in fantastic shape and a few new hazards make the course even more interesting. Well worth a visit.
