He was very thorough and helped us to understand what maintenance would be needed to optimize our living conditions. He definitely helped us to feel confident on such a large purchase. I highly recommend this company. Troy was very knowledgeable and kind when responding to my first-time home buyers questions. The inspection report is comprehensive and of high quality. He did not leave any room for doubts and left us with confidence as first time home buyers. He is easily accessible and always responds to messages. He took the time to explain everything that needed work and why it needed it. He answered all of our questions in a very professional manner. We would definitely recommend Troy if you're looking for a house inspection asap! A professional with years of experience and knows what he's doing!

He was also very transparent about pricing. It was very refreshing because I had called a few companies who were dismissive, short or vague in their price ranges. Troy answered all of my questions and was very prompt at communicating throughout the entire process. He was consistent in the high level of service provided. He’s definitely a professional with years of experience in the field – he knows exactly what he’s doing and it shows. He provided us with a home inspection on our first house purchase and as first time house owners – he was really detailed and his services put our minds at ease. The house needs work but he took the time to explain everything that needed to be fixed and why. He also provided recommendations to help us prioritize immediate to do items in terms of safety to help us figure out our budgeting needs. Our home had an inspection report prior to sale but we decided to get another one our after possession. The level of detail in Troy’s report really set it apart from the initial inspection. Extremely satisfied with his services and would highly recommend Troy!

He was very patient and he went above and beyond to ensure I understood the terms used when he was providing the information regarding the inspection. He is very attentive and knowledgeable. With his service I felt confident in making the final decision on the house. He's very friendly and very professional. The information provided on his report was precise and easy to understand.
