He's not just knowledgeable about all types of property, but he's also a nice guy, which is ideal if you end up viewing a lot homes like I did. Alan spent a year helping me find the ideal home for me. Because I have family members who have reduced and limited mobility, it was difficult to find a property that I loved, was accessible (or easily modifiable), and was within my price range. We saw over 20 different properties together, Alan never pressured me into buying anything and was patience with me as I worked through my first-time home buying fears. Alan was a great resource and support during the entire home buying process. When I first started looking, Alan helped me figure out what wanted out of a home. When we were viewing homes, he would point out features, required repairs (carpets/floors, fans, etc.), and issues with the property (eavestrough drainage, windows, electrical, etc.), which were helpful when deciding to put an offer. And when I finally put an off in, Alan helped figure out a fair price and worked to ensure I got the best price for my home. I highly recommend using Alan your agent.
