I have been with Ritual Fitness for a few months however I have worked with Brendan in the past. I am so happy to be back. Brendan is an upbeat and positive person and provides me with the accountability that I need without being overbearing and pushy. From the personalized workouts to the nutritional support I always feel like he really knows who I am and what I need. I would highly recommend Brendan at Ritual Fitness for anyone at any level of fitness.

Brendan is an exceptional coach. From sport specific training to building a solid foundation for everlasting lifestyle changes in health and fitness, he has a very thoughtful approach and excellent client care. His coaching goes well beyond what most personal trainers or group coaches offer, not only in expertise of movement mechanics and sport specificity but in counselling, goal setting, and exercise adherence as well.

I started working with Brendan in November 2021, My wife and I did boot camp style work outs before we had kids but stopped due to the time commitments they required on a weekly basis. Working with Brendan has been a great experience so far and every day I feel stronger and more energy. having 24hr access to the gym has been key for me as it allows me to get my workout done in the morning before juggling two kids hockey practices and work.

Having a workout plan made for me has been a game changer. It has allowed me to stay consistent and get to the gym more often. Being able to go to the gym, look on the app and see exactly what I am suppose to do has saved me so much time and stress. At Ritual Fitness Brendan works with you to meet your goals and truly wants you to succeed. He is very knowledgeable which allows him to make a plan specifically to you. 100% recommend

I (Peggy Helm) have been attending Brendan’s classes for our group of seniors for five plus years. As seniors Brendan recognizes the importance of trying to help us maintain and build our muscle strength and balance. Brendan has developed workouts that focus on these aspects to help us achieve these goals while making it fun and interesting. I feel very comfortable at his gym and he is always so willing to answer my questions. Exercise is so vital to both our physical and mental well-being and I feel I have greatly benefited from his workouts; I feel energized and happy when I leave the gym. Brendan has done an amazing job with our seniors group and I would like to thank him.

I have been attending Ritual Fitness for the last few months and I am so happy that I have found this gym! My main goal in my fitness journey was to be able to say "YES" to any activity that my daughter asks me to do and to encourage a healthy lifestyle for my family. Brendan is amazing to work with, he is welcoming and personal and answers any and all questions that I have. He is encouraging and really helps you stay on track. The gym itself has a great set up, is 24 hours, has everything you need to complete the workouts provided and is the furthest thing from intimidating. I have gained not only a lot of knowledge but perhaps some muscle too :) Thanks Brendan!

Having Brendan as my personal coach has been a huge benefit to improving my level of fitness. Previously I was part of a group class where it was difficult to get the right intensity to my workouts. I was also never sure if the workouts were helping me achieve my fitness goals or if they were going to aggravate a previous hip injury. With individualized workouts and a plan specific to my goals and abilities, I am more committed and consistent in getting them done, and confident that I am improving my fitness and my health. I highly recommend Ritual Fitness and Brendan as a fitness coach.

I've been working with Brendan at Ritual Fitness for about 2 months. I have really appreciated Brendan's timely and well communicated replies to any questions I have or adjustments I should be making. I really have enjoyed the personal feel of the programming I have received and how working with Ritual Fitness fits my lifestyle. 3 days a week for about 45 mins is all the time I need to work towards getting stronger. Brendan's focus on form and correct movement at the gym has made my lifting more confidant, pain free and does not feel overwhelming.
