★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No shortage of poor management and leadership at Riteway! Combine that with some super lousy business practices which include making up bs reasons to not pay their employees.
Top that off with an employee (riteway) Shelby (TCP) that was by far the most unprofessional thing I have experienced.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been waiting for my pay for almost 1 month Heidi never respond by law I suppose to get paid after 48 hours she never respond and still owe me the whole pay cheque after I left from the company which is I never finished my probation because no steady work I decided to quit because Everytime I go to work they cancel work while I'm on my way to work they cancel on me so I decided to quit so I gave her call two weeks notice which was on oct 1 2021 so while the truck parked on road Infront of my building she came and took the truck without my notice and my stuff in side the truck she drove the truck with spare key and drove away my stuff was phone charger and steel toe boots and my ipad and my important school paper work the rcmp are informed and employee labour board are informed as well plus the union I have meeting with them still she never respond to me but as soon she know I went to different company she called them and threat them and asking them about my personal info definitely not recommend this company at all
