The wait time for the installation was short. His attention to detail with the installation was confirmed that we made the right “Rite” decision. Definitely highly recommend. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After sustaining a concussion in a fall on two concrete steps I called Stephen at Riteway, explained my situation and he came to measure and give me an estimate the very next day!
Being a safety issue I received these beautiful, solid railings at a very reasonable price. Stephen is a very efficient, responsible and caring person who provided different options.
Although a small job, his customer service was excellent and I would have no problem recommending this company to others! Thank you.

In September of 2020, our condo board and Property Management decided to replace our front steps and sidewalks. Stephen returned and put our railings back up for free. He went beyond what he had to to. My wife and I, being seniors, both appreciate what he did. Thanks again Stephen. I would highly recommend Rite Way for any railing jobs. I would use them again in a heart beat.

Stephan provided many options and was of great assistance in finding the perfect setup for our situation. The railings are very sturdy….excellent quality! I highly recommend this company!
