★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incredibly disorganized and always behind by more than 2 hours. Unacceptable. Every flight that has affected me for the last 2 years has been severely delayed due to incompetence, disorganization and pure lack of caring that the patrons reach their destination when they are scheduled to.
