★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased a home through Dolce Vita where Rip Rap was the plumber and I have had nothing but trouble since the first day I stepped foot in the house. A few issues with the builder but just about every single issue in my brand new house is regarding the shotty plumbing job that was done. I have had to rerun the line to my fridge because they ran a hot water line instead of cold, my shower head has leaked on multiple occasions, my kitchen sink is now leaking as well. I’ve had issues with the exhaust pipes for the house freezing up and shutting off the hot water tank because the pipes are not positioned properly,... just one thing after another. My house is brand new.. you’d think plumbing would last longer than 2.5 years... just ridiculous

We stumbled onto them by accident while building our first home, just as the company was starting up. Ever since that first build, plumbing is the only job we do not quote out. We only send plans to Rip Rap. We have 100% trust and confidence in their professionalism, install, quality of work, and service.
Their response to a mistake they made is when I knew I never had to find another plumber. A custom shower we built into a large house leaked on the first day of use. The owner was on site within half an hour and took full responsibility. Covered all costs and hassles without hesitation. Small mistakes in plumbing create large damage, and small mistakes happen time to time. It's the accountability for mistakes that matters to us.
We've had some disagreements over a few projects, but when all is said and done the company will always deliver exactly as promised and will not stop until you are satisfied.
