We had three Real Estate transactions each of which had its difficulties. It was chaotic and frustrating to say the least. However, Robert dealt with them in a knowledgeable, professional, and competent manner. Robert is an astute and diligent lawyer. He picked-up on vendor's mistake in the registration of our Condo Units (which was overlooked by all of the other vendor/condo lawyers). This would/could have caused much problems and grief, for owners, at a later date. Not only did this prevent major difficulties for us, but also for all of the other owners. By May 5th 2021 (almost 5 months later) our wills still not done. We sent emails that were not answered, I even had to visit the office and ask when our wills would be finished. Eventually due to the non communication and length of time to prepare our wills we went somewhere else and the process is moving along at a great pace. We don’t recommend working at this firm.
