A nice park with a short trail along the cliff by the river with some open park areas. Nice for a change from the bigger dog parks. It has a few benches some with a wonderful view of the river valley. The best place to park is just around the corner of 149 Street on Quinell Boulevard, as there is a little side road just on the right. I give it a 4 star because the trail has a great view, and it's a good place for dogs. There are plenty of garbage cans around.

Love this trail. Great hike through the woods. Plus 400 stairs to climb. The city does an amazing job of maintaining the trail. 1 hour loop on north side of the river and another hour at least on the south.

Lovely north side ravine connecting between (almost) Whitemud Drive & 170th Street and the Saskatchewan River across from Fort Edmonton. A range of groomed and ungroomed trails will also connect you from Rio Terrace to Wolf Willow.

If you aren't afraid of stairs this is the place for you! Took my dog here and we enjoyed the stairs, views, and beach.

Beautiful park. There are areas that are off leash and other areas that are on leash as this park is very multi use with cyclist, joggers and pedestrians. There are numerous staircases so you can really get your steps in. The view of the river is beautiful. It has an area that connects to other paths such as terwilliger, if you want to take your dog off leash. The only down side is you have to park on the street and if it's your first time going here Google will send you to an opening of the park that isn't obvious so it can look like you are lost.

Reminds me of BC. So beautiful, with so many trails to adventure and hike! Treat these trails with caution, however, as they truly are uncut nature and require caution at certain places.
