★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to custom edge and was done in 10 minutes. During this time many customers came in and out of the store with several pairs of skates. They have a quick and effective system that ensures customers do not have to wait long. They have a drop off system with call back as well.
I came here after going to Pro Hockey Life and being told it was a 3 hour wait on skate sharpening. PHL couldn't help me out even though I was from out of town.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Consistently the best sharpening I've had, with very knowledgeable guys working. It seems to be a popular place, so plan ahead, the lineup of skates can take an hour or so at peak times. Profiles take 24 hours.
It usually isn't the kind of place you can stop by and get your skates done in 10 minutes, so I'll usually drop them off on my way somewhere else and pick them up later.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not really sure why everyone else is so impressed with the skate sharpening here. I dropped off 4 pairs of skates. My kids said they were slipping all over as if the skates had not been sharpened at all. The price was decent but what did I really pay for??. I waited almost an hour for them to sharpen them. Will never go back. Worse than Sports Check :(
