β β β β β Recently bought a Subaru Outback from the gentlemen at Right Way Auto and I must say that I am incredibly pleased with my whole experience. Pavel was who I was mainly dealing with, and he was awesome. So kind and transparent. I got an awesome deal on an awesome car. The interior was a big selling point for me, it was extremely clean. The guys also had it ready for me the next day which was amazing as I donβt live in Hamilton. Overall great company and would highly recommend!!

β β β β β Right Way Auto is one of the best used car dealerships I have been to.Β Β They went above and beyond to make me happy. Pavel is a super helpful guy who and is not pushy at all, he seems to just want to make sure you get the vehicle you will be happy with. Their mechanic is very honest and takes a lot of pride in is work. I highly recommend buying a vehicle or having one serviced here.

β β β β β Well I am a female sitting at the side of the road with my dog waiting for CAA to tow my car I literally just picked up at the place. Car over heated twice on my way home. I am still not home. It should have taken me a little over an hour to get home. It is 4:30 and I picked up the car at noon. Unbelievable. Sent an email, but as of yet there has been no response. It is 32Β° out and we are in a heat warning. This should not happen, I should at least be able to make it to my home with a car I just purchased.

I went car shopping at Right Way Auto last Monday to look for a new vehicle. We were greeted by Pavel, who made us feel comfortable at the showroom and showed us around and guided us through the available cars there. Throughout the process he was friendly, gentle and caring. I must say that this was my best car shopping experience ever. Pavel was very informative and he was answering very question of ours patiently.
