Terrance Spano is your guy, I brought him my 2012 Acer laptop and he went above and beyond to help me with my problem. When I explained to him, with my basic IT knowledge, what was the issue, he promptly schedule to troube shoot and fix my laptop asap.
He even called me 2x times with updates to let me know what was the scenario and what will be my final bill.
I really appreicated the quality of the customer service, the attention to detail and the fair price in the end.
Terrance Spano, I just want to say one last time, thank you for fixing my old laptop and for beeing just a great guy to do business with.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My laptop stopped turning on, so I contacted Right Stop Computer Shop to see if they could figure out what the issue was. Unfortunately, there was no saving my laptop, but they were able to find me another one that was similar to my old model. I spoke with Terrance and he was extremely helpful and easy to communicate with both by phone and email. They got me a new laptop in only a few days. If you're ever having computer issues, I would definitely recommend this shop!

For my laptop repair needs (it did not charge, even when plugged in with an indicator; and failed to turn on):
- It was repaired the NEXT DAY
- the repair cost was LESS THAN $100
- they offered a pick up and drop off service to MY HOME (an optional, additional fee)
Thanks to Terrance, my laptop works perfectly! He is kind and his services were fully transparent. I hope his small family-run business helps others for many more years to come.
