★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't want to blame the company, but their sales Katya Whelan is a fraud. She will take her fee, then ask for more down the road, and will continue to do so, for as long as she can. Contacted the company and they had no idea on the matter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Katya as a realtor agent went above and beyond for my family. I had zero experience in real estate market and was referred a "reliable agent with huge experience and market awareness". And Katya is indeed amazing at her job. Let me explain why.
1. She discuss with client the very specific type of property one is looking for.
2. After price range and desired area is defined huge work from her side is done to filter out all results that have more potential to increase in value or be more desirable for sale in future.
3. She arranges and shows on the spot as many properties as it require for customer to pick most desirable deal.
I know that sounds like a proper description of an agent work. The only difference is that Katya does it very good.
I highly recommend Katya to all my friend because no matter what their preference or desire in real estate is I'm certain they'll get high quality service and will be happy with their purchase.
