★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Having recently joined the Right At Home Team here in Nanaimo, I have found Kristina (Care Manager) to be very enthusiastic, personable and professional to deal with. Kristina, Aman (Owner) and the Team are very positive and supportive. They have taken the time to get to know me and are always available to listen to any of my concerns. I would not hesitate to recommend them to any future applicants!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband recently had knee surgery. I was worried about leaving him alone for 12 hours when I returned to work. Right at home responded immediately and set up care for him. The caregivers made meals for him, helped with his physio exercises, transported him to appointments and even did a bit of vacuuming. Both caregivers, Mia, and Sabrina, did a great job! Thanks again for all your help. It gave me peace of mind knowing my husband was being taken care of in my absence.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Right at Home made a very stressful time for my grandmother and our family, much smoother and comfortable. We were in need of immediate 24hour care for my grandmother upon her release from hospital and RAH stepped up and met our needs with only a days notice. Aman’s calming personality and reassurance instantly put my mind at ease about having care in place. Kristina’s hustle to keep the care schedule going for several weeks afterwards was admirable, and both Aman and Kristina were quick to respond to texts or phone calls. I would absolutely recommend Right at Home as a company that provides great quality of support and truly cares about their clients.

After being discharged a day early, RAH Canada was quick to send the owner himself to pick me up as my Nurse was not scheduled that day, no problems. Professional reliable care I can trust in my own home, when I need it. No need to navigate this pandemic surgery alone, Right At Home Canada was a big help and peace of mind for my family and myself. Definitely using them again when I have the other side replacement this summer. Thanks Right at Home!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Right at Home has taken great care of my father after a health scare a few months ago. Their services essentially saved his life by being vigilant and aware that he was having issues and calling emergency services at the right time.
Since then, Mie from Right at Home has been taking great care of Dad, allowing his the flexibility and freedom to stay comfortable in his own home while providing companionship and excellent support services.
I highly recommend Right at Home and Mie in particular to help assist with aging parents support, especially if you live away from your loved ones.

Not only did Right at Home reply quickly but they went out of the way to try and provide service that met my needs. At a difficult time in life it was comforting to have a company like Right at Home work so hard on my behalf. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them!
