★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called ahead of time to ask if this physiotherapist specialized in migraines and neck pain, or if there was a different physiotherapist they could reccomend for that issue specifically. They reassured me that Rod would be able to help me with those issues.
Upon arrival he tells me that he has little to no experience with neck pain and migraines and was unsure as to why I even wanted physiotherapy (a doctor reccomended this for my condition) as he didn't know how to help me due to lack of experience.
As upsetting as it was to have wasted money, I did appreciate his honesty with his lack of experience with these issues. I just wish I wasn't falsely lead to believe that he would be able to offer me physio.
If you have neck pain or migraines, this is NOT the place to go, even if they say it is. Go somewhere else for those specific problems.
