I also had him around to check out my range hood which was only two years old, one of the fans were broken he tried all over to get me a new blade even the manufacturers weren't making the. He was totally up front and honest and tried everything he could to get me a new fan. He came today to install the new hood did an excellent job, there were a few issues he had to deal with as the new hood was a slightly different size. He is very professional arrives on time and cleans up after himself. I would highly recommend him and one hundred percent I would use him again./ Mitch Joss

Overall, we had an excellent experience and it was great value for the work. When the job was completed, he cleaned up and even took the old microwave away to be recycled. He did a temporary fix, ordered a necessary part (from Calgary) and he came back a few days later, with the part, to permanently fix our fridge. He was polite and personable but also so quick, knowledgeable and efficient. This is the second time Cody has saved us. The dishwasher in our new home was a real mess and needed to be replaced. Cody installed our new one. This is our 'go to' guy from now on! I highly recommend Cody at Ridgeline Appliances!

Cody showed up EXACTLY on time, and IMMEDIATELY went to work. No doddling, no idle chit-chat...straight to the job. He worked thru the project like he could do this with his eyes closed. He knows his work inside out. Very quick, very knowledgeable and very reasonably priced! Cody is now my go-to guy for any appliance service/repair/installation! Very happy and very impressed! Thanks Cody and Team! This is not an EDIT. It's a second independent review of a different job that Cody has just completed. (The first part of this whole review was for a job Cody did on my dishwasher installation.) Once again, Cody not only showed up early to perform the work required on the dryer...his wife (coordinator/receptionist) called AHEAD to verify showing up early would be ok. (Of course it was.) As much as I appreciate some appointments for work just "showing up" early w/o 'warning'...a "heads-up" call is even more appreciated. Cody arrived at 1201. At 1230 he was on his way to the next job. Super fast, very professional, fixed the dryer...done. (Apply all that I wrote in the first review to this one.) I can't say enough how much we really appreciate him and the Team. 10 out of 10 again Cody and Sheena! Thanks so much! Oh! And very reasonable (and therefore HONEST) rates!

The technician, Cody, was extremely knowledgeable, quick and super competent. He knew in a few minutes what was wrong with it, how much it would cost and things I didnt know about my warranty/coverage with a recall for a certain part. He assessed and did the work in less than 30 minutes. I will contact these guys again if anything goes wrong with any of my appliances. I strongly recommend.
