★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quick service. The repair estimate came in too expensive so we just replace our machine. It's not necessarily their fault, it could have just been the part. Staff was friendly and seemed to find the root issue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wouldn't recommend, took in a slushie machine, 2 1/2 weeks late picked it up. Cost almost $500. Got it home plugged it in, horrible sounds, called technician, said give it time. Next day, sludge everywhere, condenser completely blown.Huge whole that had been getting bigger over time. Couldn't have missed it, if you looked.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stay away from this business. I took them equipment for repair 4 months ago; as of today, Oct. 23, I have nothing but a pile of excuses and they won't take my calls. I'm surprised they are even in business. Since my equipment is valued at over $1,000, they've forced my hand to the point of legal action. Too bad they're an "authorized" dealer for Vollrath equipment since they're disgraceful business conduct reflects on Vollrath too.
