Broadstreet is a terrible company and has no idea how to properly advertise. FALSE ADVERTISING FOR UNITS THAT ARENT AVAILABLE FOR MONTHS AND MONTHS!!!
M	Mike Dennington on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been here almost three years and in that time have watched the place go downhill due to drugs. The smell of Cannabis in the building has been very bad as people go to the underground parking lot to smoke it and thats where the air input fans are. Problem with complaining is that unless the unit numbers there is not a lot that can be done and Broadstreet don't seem interested in coming in and finding out for themselves. The odd letter every six months saying don't do it is ignored, people do it on their patios and don't care. There is also a noise issue with the building being cheaply constructed and wood frame, hence sound carries. Make a complaint to Broadstreet on their call centre line and its ignored, the only way is to put it in writing and you may be lucky. The Residential Tenancy Act is very specific on these issues quote the relevant clauses to Broadstreet and they seem to get offended. Parking is an issue because Broadstreet won't tow vehicles and people know that, several times I had to park out of the spot I pay $60 a month to use and I call the Broadstreet number to be told to park in the visitors. When I ask are they going to tow its always a no. When a person parks in my spot I get verbal filthy language thrown at me, so from now on I will video it and call the police no point bothering with Broadstreet, I can at least have them cautioned for threatening behaviour which will be in the police database. Sooner I get out the better.....aweful place.

Staff is wonderful, place is clean and maintenance is prompt when requested. What really lacks is outside security. Last night we had the truck broke into and we park right outside the front door. We have talked with several tenants who have had theirs broke into as well over the past few months both outside and underground. Don't know the answer but something needs to be done if tenants are to stay.

Last night we had a problem with our smoke alarm where it wouldn’t quit chirping even after inserting new batteries. Called client care and got great assistance from Kathy. After trying all recommendations it was still chirping so without hesitation a maintenance fellow was sent out from Kelowna. He was here within an hour and had everything reset, a new battery installed in all alarms and the problem fixed. Many thanks Broadstreet for your quick and professional service all the way around.

Allie (property manager) had accommodated my move in date, provided a tour around the apartment, parking lot, and addressed any concerns I had. Recently I had asked her for a maintenance personnel for a plumbing issue. The next day I had Brian (maintenance) arrive to my unit at the time of my choosing where he fixed the plumbing issue as well as a faulty receptacle. He is very knowledgeable on both the mechanical and electrical issues within the unit. He was quick in fixing the issues as well as ensured that I didn't have any other problems. It has been a pleasure to deal with both Brian and Allie.

We left re work but while there, we were so impressed with the on site staff .. especially Allie and maintenance guys. Any repair/concern was addressed immediately and staff were always friendly and accommodating. Upkeep of the building is of great concern to them ... very rare these days. As non-pet owners, we appreciated that staff did their best to enforce pet guidelines, making it acceptable for everyone. Nice suites too!
M	Marilu Barry on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ridgecrest Place is a lovely place to live. The building is secure, clean and well maintained and the staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. There is a special enclosed area beside the building for the dogs to go to the bathroom that is well kept, well lit, supplies 'doo doo bags' with their own garbage can, a bit of room to run and even has a little fire hydrant, lol. The Manager is a wonderful woman named Sandi and she keeps the tenants well informed regarding all upcoming activities happening in and around the building. The views to the West are unobstructed and lovely. Each unit has it's own washer, dryer and dishwasher which is a big plus for me. Overall a quiet building in an excellent location which is close to shopping, medical, dental and a lot of restaurants. I have been here for just over a year and am very happy.

The other tenants are very friendly and are great to see ( even the 4 legged furry tenants also....as it is pet friendly). The cleanliness is great. Caron is a true gem, works really hard and takes pride in her work. The maintenance people are great also, and they are always on site and within 24 hrs from a maintenance request the issue is resolved. Then there is Sandi the site manager. Sandi is a true angel, and goes way beyond her duty. She makes sure her tennants are well taken care of and of course deals with any situation promptly. If there are any updates or any information that is tenants need to be informed about... broadstreet personally delivers a notice to each tenant first thing in the morning. Sandi is just not a property manager, she also truely cares about her tennants. And will go beyond to help others and she's full of compassion. All the Broadstreet crew are amazing and take pride in their work. I would definitely recommend living in a Broadstreet community to call home. Keep up with the great work and thank you so much for everything that you have done ?
