★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had my ticket booked from Regina to Winnipeg on Friday night (4th march) at 11.59 pm. I recieved an email from riderexpress around 3.15 pm on Friday that die to bad road condition the bus is delay for 5 hours. So, basically the bus was rescheduled at 4.59 am on Saturday (5th March). They requested to reach the bus stop 15 minutes earlier so I reached the stop by 4.35. I waited till 4.50 but I haven’t found my bus. I tried to call the riderexpress Regina office but they weren’t replying. I mailed them but again no reply. I called more than 50 times but there was not a single reply. Finally after waiting for almost 2 hours I left the station around 7.10 and head back to my place. After reaching home I again called them around 8.30 and they replied that the bus has already left around 4.20. The communicator also mentioned that they contacted all the costumers that they had a miscommunication with timings and the bus was scheduled at 4.30. But, I haven’t received any mail or call or text message. It was a terrible experience for me with the riderexpress. They should provide the after office hours service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Few suggestions: please make few stops so passengers can grab coffee and snacks. The bus stops are in a place where you can't grab anything to eat or drink. No wifi available for such a long trip, no seat recliners as well. It was my first experience with rider express, I've said what I felt. The drivers were helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service is good. On my ticket the arrival address was wrong. So I was dropped off downtown Winnipeg by myself with my luggage while people were walking by checking out my luggage while I waited for my ride to drive over. Didn't feel safe. Not very happy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely loved the service. Went to Regina and came back. The service was bang on time. The drivers are very skilled and confident. Nice and clean buses. Overall i will definitely travel again. ****** only drawback is the toilet onboard the bus??. It was hell of an experience using the toilet.
