He is trustworthy, reliable and most importantly honest. Today's Market there are so many agents but its important to get the right one, Ricky is that guy. He is fair and truthful about the projects and interests. I have witness Ricky to keep is work even when things did not work out. Just an example I seen Ricky purchased dining table for a family because they couldn't afford one.

He's really dedicated to his clients not compared to others that will forget you after receiving their commission. Ricky builds a relationship with his clients, gives advice, and is always willing to help. You won't be scared to contact a realtor cause with him... there was no pressure at all. BUT, when he sees a perfect place for you and your family you should trust him because he will make you smile with the deal he delivers. I was almost giving up on buying a place during the pandemic time because of the bidding war. However, Ricky was there booking from place to place for us to see until we found our perfect HOME. He is a man of his word that when he promised "he will take care of everything". It means EVERYTHING from mortgage guy, lawyer, contractors (if u need some small fixing of the house) and more. There is nothing left for you to do but sign your way through your dream house!
