Not only did I have a complex qualification process due to being self-employed and working with stated income vs. T4 income, but it was a direct purchase from the builder who placed a severe timeline on having conditions removed (1 week). Rick went to town for me, found a great mortgage at a fantastic rate, helped me navigate a process that I would have drowned in and dealt with all the crazy demands of the mortgage company. End result was a getting an amazing new home in 3 weeks from viewing to possession. Don't ever want to go through that again, but if I had to Rick is the only broker I would work with. A huge thanks to him!
