★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contacted October 18 for a move October 30. All went well Lee came by to check out the move. Good to go for the 30th at 9:30 two guys and a truck.
Today was the 30th. NOTHING FROM THEM. left messages several times. Nothing. No calls returned. Abandoned us at this critical move time. Too late to book anyone else.
Very disappointed as they have nothing but rave reviews ....NOT TODAY!!??”#

Lee really knows his stuff and booking with Simone on the phone is always a pleasure! A special thank you to Simone, for working her magic and helping me with MY screw-up. I needed to change our previously booked day and Simone made it happen for me. Such a relief! Plus, thanks to Lee and crew for a job well done every time. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience moving recently with I Haul. Pre-move communication was really good with Jenn and Lee and Mike were on time, fast, and super careful with our stuff. Efficient, too, as they made 5 stops for pick-ups and drop-offs in 3.5 hours. Would definitely use them again. Highly recommended.

Both onsite crew were extremely efficient and made maximum use of every minute. They were especially careful and worked hard to protect my belongings. Lee's organizational/packing skills were exceptional. Thanks Lee and Rick you were both amazing....you made a potentially stressful day a breeze!
