★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So i usually go to get my eyebrows threaded and this new lady does my eyebrows. As its my sister who took me today, i tell her and my niece they can watch to see how its done / as all the other ladies usually let me bring a person in the room./ She tells them to get out of the room and my sister was upset because they always let a person in with me. . . I had showed her a photo of myself how i usually get them done and how i wanted them to look, So she starts threading my eyebrows and she breaks the thread numorus times . Getting closer to the end she asks me if i wanted lotion when they are supose to do it anyway. I thought they looked good. . . So i gave her the money and just left. I get home and look in the mirror. OH MY LANTA. . . my eyebrows were thick now they're really thin, NOT HOW I WANTED THEM TO LOOK . ONE IS WAY SHORTER THAN THE OTHER!!! . like this woman needs to know how to do her job. I shouldn't have gave her that tip. . . Defiantly not letting that woman do my eyebrows again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please don't go here for permanent makeup if you are caucasian. I got my eyebrows tatooed and permanent eyeliner. As I'm fair skinned and have light hair I had asked for my eyebrows to be light to medium brown and they are black. I did ask for black eye liner (my mistake) as they made thick black lines around my eyes. I think they should be schooled in advising people on coloring to go with their appearance. The bottom lash line should be very thin. I now kinda look like a clown. I've scheduled an appt. with a tatoo removal expert to lighten the eyebrows which will cost me more then I paid for the brow. I can't get the liner removed as it's too close to my eyes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased a Groupon coupon online for laser hair removal, and I have zero complaints! There is one girl that does it but she is extremely nice and I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes to get into my appointment. Recommend 5/5!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased the groupon for laser hair removal. That was my first mistake. The woman I had was nice enough but didn’t leave the room so I could get undressed and on the table. Paid $600+ for 6 sessions and noticed ZERO difference in hair growth. Such a waste of money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have had 1 treatment (I have 5 more to go) and the treatments 100% work! Even after just 1 treatment I have noticed a huge difference! The hair is so much easier to come out and I can actually notice that the growth is coming back a lot less. They did run late on my first appointment but the technician apologized and explained that one of her previous appointments ran late and unfortunately put her behind for the rest her appointments which is understandable. I would recommend Richmond to anyone looking to have laser hair treatments. It is a great value for great results.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE- I had to get a hair-cut so I asked the lady if they accept walk-ins, she agreed to let me in. I asked her about the hair cut charges three times before I got my hair cut but she didn’t answer me... I let that go and went ahead with the hair-cut, I told the lady that i just need trimming as I am growing my hair for a wedding. She told me she is only trimming my hair but when I saw the hair cut, she had literally cut 4 inches of my hair! I kept telling her but she wouldn’t listen! I wish I could post the before and after pics of the cut. She did not wash, blow dry or straighten my hair and charged me $25 for basically ruining my hair. Save yourself some time and money and stay away from this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband got me this group on for my eyebrows. I was hesitate after reading some reviews but thought i would try it. I was very satisfied. Very friendly. At first I thought they were to dark but u have to be patient. It took almost 2 weeks before they were completely healed. They look great and I would definitely recommend them. Gail
