★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Phoung's has recently been expanded and renovated. Still under some construction outside. It is a busy place and for good reason. They welcome walk ins and also do manicures, pedicures and waxing. I've tried many hairdressers and she is finally one that I have stuck with.

Hi Kim Thomas,
Your daughter in law came in July 27 2021 and asked to go blue. Her hair is extremely long as seen in this picture. Price is based off of the customers original hair, and the colour they would like to achieve. This colour took 4-5 hours for good reason, she came in with long black roots with previously brown brassy bleached hair from years ago. The amount of product and time we must put in for this colour is tremendous. We charged $370 for her hair and she also bought a blue product to maintain this colour, $42. The total was $461.44 with tax and she used a $73 gift card. Kim called and complained saying that it is a nice colour, but not worth the price, even though we told her daughter the price before we started.
