 He has been a patient of Dr. Yang for more than three years without knowing it. He is very friendly and willing to help patients. Thank you Dr. Yang for taking care of me and keeping my condition under control. No more pain! Thank you too, the secretary here. She is very attentive and efficient. Thank you very much!

โ โ โ โ โ I have just recently become a patient of Dr. James Yeung. So far I have had three appointments and they have been over the phone and by video due to Covid-19. I have been extremely impressed with both Jenn (Administrative Assistant) and Dr. Yeung. Throughout my consultations Dr. Yeung was well prepared, patient and informed about my condition. He provided excellent advice and understanding, for all my concerns and queries, and I feel very fortunate to have him as my Rheumatologist.
Thanks again Jenn for facilitating my timely appointments with Dr. Yeung.
I would definitely recommend Dr. Leung...

โ โ โ โ โ The girl at reception she is rude. She has no empathy for patients. We do not come there because we want to but because we HAVE to. SHe should find another job if she hates it there. I cannot imagine how we have to put up with this kind of bad service here in Canada. I am seriously thinking of complaining to the BC medical authority so we dont have to put up with this.

โ โ โ โ โ Hard to belive that we have such a bad clinic in our MSP system, in Canada. The front desk woman was arrogant and rude, with language discrimination, and full of prejudice. She refuse to make an appointment for me even with my family doctor's referral. The reason is I can not speak english very well, even I told her I will bring a translator with me. I do not know that decision was made by Doctor or just by herself. But I would let everybody to know how bad this clinic is and such a clinic should not longer to stay in our MSP system.
