★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Internet is good but getting a hold of anyone is impossible. Been trying to get a hold of the company for the last 2 weeks and have yet to receive a call back. Not very good service after it's connected. Really disappointed in how hard it is to talk with someone ? ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you want to go back in time and have dial up speeds from this is the ISP for you. Only when all your neighbours are sleeping may you be able to play an online game. Want reddit to take 25 min to load the front page? Well don't go looking anywhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If it were possible to give zero stars I would. Since the first day I got service over a year ago I have had nothing but problems. The internet cuts in and out several times a day. When it is working it is very slow. When you contact customer service it never actually gets fixed. I would not recommend this service for internet to anyone.
