★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The pharmacy helped me today find a unique vitamin for my wife's special needs.Store was not busy, small line up at cashier which went slow. Not her fault. She more than made up for it with her pleasant and friendly attitude.
Store is well stocked and aisles are labelled , all easy to find all. Loads of parking

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service. Steve the pharmacist is rude and unfriendly! And his assistant (he thinks) Sue or Sophie seemed more like his boss to me is the rudest, meanest, unhappiest person I have come across. Her personality is so negative that interactions with her will ruin your day.
If their behavior towards me was that horrendous I wonder how they treat the seniors.
I have moved my prescriptions from there and will never go again
Their prices are high. Their delivery system sucks and the cherry on top is the attitude of the pharmacy stuff.
Horrible! Horrible! Horrible.
I had to give it 1 star, if there was an option I would give it negative stars!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ every time i come in, theres always miss/place items in the wrong shelves. and I would have to wait 15 mins until one the keyholders or mangers change the prices. They really need to get their stuff back together. ridiculous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Irresponsible and unprofessional. If you urgently need a medicine, avoid this location at all cost. I ordered from them a set of medicines that I urgently need next day. On the day I picked up they said they ran out of stock. Luckily Costco had them and saved my life.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am giving a 5-star review specifically for the Pharmacy part of this Rexall. And even more specifically for Pranay the Pharmacist. Pranay is excellent. Super patient, very knowledgeable, professional and just an all around nice guy. I have been going there almost daily for the last couple of years and can honestly say I've never ever had a single problem with Pranay. And I've never seen him frustrated or angry with anyone, certainly not with me.
I just wanted to write this because I saw the other 1-star reviews and wanted to share my opinion, again, specifically for Pranay. I certainly can't dispute or argue with anyone else's experience, but I just know it wasn't with him.
If you want to have no issues with your prescription(s) guaranteed, call ahead and make sure to ask if he's working and ask him to handle it. You can ask him any questions, I ask him random questions about medications and other drugs and he knows his stuff! A+

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Specific staffs are so unprofessional and disrespectful verbally and always with negative attitude. Things have never gone smooth without a single issue when dealing with this personnel. They had asked me to come back in 45 mins to prepare my prescription but it wasn't even processed when I came back. Anyone who has dealt with them knows who I'm referring. Hope they do better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most of the products at this location are expired. Specially baby products. I bought baby sunscreen and when i reached home i saw the expiry and it had expired two months ago. When i went back to the store and saw another the sunscreen to buy, 10 of them were expired and yet kept on shelf. Second time bought baby formula this time it wasn't expired but the lid inside the can was open and it was contaminated. The first 4 units of any product on any shelf will be either expired or expiring in a few days. The have old stock which they never cleared and the manager is definitely not clearing the expired stuff. Please be cautious when buying anything from here.
