Alisha you deserve better you should move on. I work in healthcare and try to be patient and understanding but honestly when you have your doctors office fax a refill at 830 am and you go to pick it up at 500pm and its still on the fax machine thats NOT a good start. Then you are told the refills will be ready in 20 minutes, you come back and nothings filled yet. Just a FYI I wasn't trying to fill narcotics, simple blood pressure meds and I asked them not to fill sleeping pill, which I could see being a potential problem. I get the run around about how Im filling them early, honestly really, Im leaving the country for vacation and trying to be pro active, dont plan on taking them all at once. Will you please sit down and wait, not likely, but I will never go back after I get all my refills and wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

You do a refill through the 'be well' app on Tuesday and three days later still nothing and you go to the pharmacy to check and oh still not done, I mean seriously why does it take three days for a refill? You printing out labels to then stick on to the prescription box and this is not the first time I've had issues with refills never being ready...get your act together already.
S	Sara Wilson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always very disorganized and prescriptions are never ready. My doctor faxed Thursday morning and I went in Sunday afternoon knowing they take forever to fill something and it still wasn’t filled. I’ll be going elsewhere.

I drove 20 minutes to get there - was standing at the door which was locked at 7:58 pm reading the sign that says they close at 8 pm (maybe update all your corporate branding sites!) and realizing they don’t even follow their changed hours! So you let your staff decide what your hours are when they feel like going home? I came for necessary over the counter arthritis pain relief and you don’t care. Not an impressive approach to customer care. I went to the Dunnville hospital pharmacy where the pharmacist assisted me. Won’t go back to Rexall Dunnville again
