β β β β β Sold two pairs of aritzia jeans (cost 200 for one 150 for the other) and their sign clearly states pay 30% of resale cost. They gave me 6 dollars per pair, when they have horribly ugly, ripped jeans that arenβt any big brand name for 50 bucks. So Iβm very certain my jeans will be sold for over that, they definitely scammed me and Iβm sure theyβll sell those for 60 or more and gave me 10% or less. Donβt sell your clothes to them. All their resale clothes are ugly and overpriced, and then they scam you.

β β β β β Best customer service EVER!!!!! Rewind posted a pair of fluevogs in my size I had been wanting for a long time and were sold out on Fluevogs website. I just about lost my mind. I messaged rewind and spoke to EM and they sorted out the sale even though I live in Nanaimo. It was amazing and nothing was a problem. I know Rewind could have sold these to someone local without the hassle of sending them, which tells you how much they appreciate their customers. EM was incredible at communication and honestly I donβt believe I have ever had such a helpful sales experience ever (and I have had many). Rewind shipped me the shoes for an amazing price of 20$ which from my recent experience mailing two tiny boxes of jewelry cost me 16$ to white rock, I know it was a steal. Anyhow shoes were a great deal and in mint condition and EM even followed up with me to make sure I was happy. Rewind is an INCREDIBLE retail store and I am so excited to visit their new location in white rock when I visit my parents this year. EM, these days when people are talking about lack of great staffing, you are a true diamond and to rewind, I thank you so much for the amazing deal and customer care.

β β β β β Best thrift store Iβve been to hands down. Organized, good prices for designer wear & lot of unique finds. Theres no overwhelming feeling of going through millions of racks compared to other thrift stores. Will definitely be back.

β β β β β There is always a well chosen collection of items available at the store that are constantly updated. Every time I come here I leave with yet another awesome piece!!! The staff are incredibly knowledgeable about fashion and always greet you in a genuine, friendly way. The location is convenient and the aesthetic of the store has a fresh vibe. Emily, the store manager is always able to pick out the perfect articles of clothing for me, that I love every single time. Check them out, you'll be glad you did.

β β β β β These are few of the Pieces Iβve purchased from rewind, from fun club outfit to everyday pieces this is the prefect vintage/consignment store in Vancouver. The best part is they have the best prices in the city without having to look through mountains of clothes to find the right one. I also consign pieces Iβm no longer in love with and use my store credit to pick up more pieces and if you donβt want to store credit you can always get cash upfront.??

β β β β β Rewind has such a variety of trendy and vintage clothing for sale, even designer! They consistently get in new stock, so I'm constantly checking back with this store, or looking at their online store (donβt sleep on it, as they post some really good stuff on there).
The staff here are also really kind and helpful, making me feel welcome (thanks Terrel!). It's hard to find stores like this here where the staff are also very fashionable, so you know you're in good hands at rewind! Not to mention they also buy clothes, so its a great place to trade in stuff you have.
If you're thrifting or looking for good prices on designer pieces, you have to checkout rewind.

β β β β β First time shopper and I was impressed. The shop was well organized the staff were hella friendly and the selection of items and brand names * Versace Chloe Zara Carthartt Dickies Wilfred Fendi Kenzo just to name a few was fantastic.
If you're a hard core thrifter or just i the neighborhood they are definitely worth checking out. I even scored on an item that I have been looking for for awhile now. While it is not mandatory to wear a mask in BC I certainly appreciated the fact that the staff were wearing masks. THANK YOU It made for a pleasant shopping experience.
