I wanted to thank Chris H for his problem solving and his ability to instruct me in a calm and patient manner. He was able to smoothly move between the Mac and the PC world. I have had situations where the service provider is obviously stressed and frustrated and was reflected back to me as a customer. Chris H was gracious thought the whole call and never made me feel “stupid" or "foolish” in any way. I sincerely appreciated his demeanor and his technical knowledge.

However, Revotech helped us breaking down what their services include and the opportunity costs are without a professional IT service provider. It is an eye opening experience for the owner and the company. They took over our account without a glitch, handled all staff' enquiries, and took initiates to resolve issues before it even happened. Each department head had personally thanked me for introducing them to the company. It speaks the volume of everyone's appreciation. I had three other companies in the bidding process, and Revotech was the only one that did thorough research and recommendations prior to taking us on as a client.
