★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Revelstoke Lookout is one of the stops in the Mt Revelstoke National Park Meadows in the Sky Parkway. As the name implies this stop gives you a panoramic view on the town of Revelstoke. It is not an unobstructed view though, since some of the trees have grown. Don't expect to get the same view shown in older posts or pictures.
As you drive further, the view changes to the surrounding mountains (vs the town). In summer, the entire parkway is open with access to the very top of mountain. In late fall, only to the Columbia viewpoint (midway). The parkway is a popular biking route too and access point to various hiking trails.
