It’s all about the instructor and Aimee brings a sense of peace, presence and encouragement to her classes that make it feel safe and welcoming for anyone at any stage in their practice. There’s a great mix of class types and she encourages you to listen to your body. If you’re thinking about coming - it’s so worth it!

She is knowledgeable and leads the class so well. I appreciate the honesty with which she leads....she’s genuine and open! And that sets the tone for each practice - there’s no shame, just love and grace for all. Her classes are varied and interesting, with lots of opportunity to challenge ones self, or modify to a lesser challenge.

Aimee makes you feel completely welcome and comfortable from the moment you step in the door and throughout your yoga journey. No matter what level of practice you are at, she is accomdating, encouraging, and patient. Her space is thoughtfully designed and managed to bring a feelings of love, kindness, fun and peace! A truely wonderful and safe place to practice and enjoy yoga. And the lemongrass towels are just the cherry on top of the cake ?
