I fell in love with this restaurant the day it opened and been coming back ever since! Amazingly fresh ingredients with a smart twist! The staff is very helpful and understanding! People say it’s pricey because they expect a smokehouse but you’ll never find an equivalent meal anywhere else and certainly not at this price! Take the time to question the owners waiting on you about the love and dedication they have put in to offer these unbelievable products! Their stories for each dish are amazing! From the thoughtfully-designed interior (great playlist through a perfect sound system at exactly the right volume!) to the attentive and knowledgeable service to the astonishingly creative menu, you are unlikely to have a better meal in Canada, let alone Sherbrooke! If this sounds a little over the top, it’s intended to: these people are doing it right. No joke.

Everything went so well together and we left full and more that satisfied. The owner is an amazing guy who takes the time to talk to each table and makes you feel very welcome. The chef really knows her stuff. Food I didn’t think would go together made music for my taste buds. Over three hours from where I live but so worth getting a hotel and taking a weekend off to get away!!
