M	Maison de la Vallée on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'ai mangé la poutine au chou, recommandé par la serveuse... c'est définitivement à éviter; la salade de chou avait beaucoup trop d'eau et a mouillé et refroidit les frites... tout était détrempé et baignait dans une sauce rendue trop liquide et froide... pas fameux... mon conjoint a mangé un hamburger steak et ma mêre a mangé un demi hamburger steak, la serveuse demande avec oignons? sans préciser qu'il s'agit d'un extra... j'ai pas de problème à payer pour des extras mais j'aime bien qu'on me le mentionne et $2.50 pour un extra sur portion complète et le même prix pour le demi... c'est un peu exagéré pour avoir l'équivalent d'à peine une cuillère à thé d'oignon sur une boulette!!! De plus, le temps de réception de nos plats a été très long... plus de 45 minutes; la serveuse a servi d'abord une table de 6 personnes alors que nous étions arrivés bien avant et commandé bien avant eux et ils ont mangé sensiblement le même menu (boulette de boeuf haché pour des hamburgers et poutine) donc ce n'est pas le choix qui fait qu'on a été servi bien après eux... Je sais qu'avec la pénurie de personnel, il faut qu'on s'attende à parfois attendre mais dans ce cas-ci, ils ont carrément fait passer des commandes avant nous et ça c'est insultant! Quand c'est délicieux, ça te fait oublier le service mais dans ce cas, tout était décevant! I ate the cabbage poutine, recommended by the waitress... it's definitely to be avoided; the coleslaw had too much water and wet and cooled the fries... everything was soggy and bathed in a sauce that had become too liquid and cold... not famous... my spouse ate a steak hamburger and my mother ate half hamburger steak, waitress asks with onions? without specifying that it is an extra ... I have no problem paying for extras but I like it when someone mentions it to me and $2.50 for an extra on a full portion and the same price for half... it's a bit exaggerated to have the equivalent of barely a teaspoon of onion on a dumpling!!! In addition, the time to receive our dishes was very long... more than 45 minutes; the waitress first served a table of 6 people when we had arrived well before and ordered well before them and they ate much the same menu (ground beef patty for hamburgers and poutine) so it's not the choice which means that we were served well after them... I know that with the shortage of staff, we have to expect to wait sometimes but in this case, they simply placed orders before us and that's insulting! When it's delicious, it makes you forget about the service but in this case, everything was disappointing!
