J’ai commandé un déjeuner bénédictine champignons et fromage suisse (c’était le nom du déjeuner sur le menu) et j’ai reçu un bénédictine sans fromage ni champignons, avec les fruits recouverts de sauce hollandaise. J’ai demandé à la serveuse s’il y a avait eu une erreur sur ma commande et elle m’a dit qu’elle pensait que je ne voulais pas de champignons ni de fromage… Elle m’a donc apporté un petit bol de champignons « sur le side » mais pas de fromage. Elle ne nous a jamais demandé si on voulait des condiments pour le pain ou pour les patates. Je ne comprends pas qu’on n’offre pas de service adéquat! Previously I liked this restaurant but since the reopening, the service is very bad. I ordered a mushroom and swiss cheese lunch benedict (it was the name of the lunch on the menu) and received a no cheese or mushroom benedict, with the fruit covered in hollandaise sauce. I asked the waitress if there had been a mistake on my order and she said she thought I didn't want mushrooms or cheese… So she brought me a small bowl of mushrooms "on the side" but no cheese. She never asked us if we wanted condiments for the bread or for the potatoes. I do not understand why we do not offer adequate service!

Déjeuner avec toasts brûlée, pas de refill de café, et tout le long du repas, nous n'avons pas vu la serveuse... quand est venu le temps de payer, j'ai mentionné à la serveuse que les toasts étaient vraiment noires et littéralement brûlées, elle me dit ; vous auriez dû me le dire... et je lui dit; pour cela il aurait fallu que je te vois pour te le dire!!!! et que c'était évident que le pain était brûlé, que j'avais pas à lui dire et qu'elle ne devrait pas amener ça à la table du client....voyons!!!!À éviter! Since the change of ownership, it has deteriorated and a lot! Lunch with burnt toast, no coffee refill, and throughout the meal, we didn't see the waitress... when it came time to pay, I mentioned to the waitress that the toast was really black and literally burned, she tells me; you should have told me... and I told him; for that I would have had to see you to tell you!!!! and that it was obvious that the bread was burnt, that I didn't have to tell her and that she shouldn't bring that to the customer's table....let's see!!!!Avoid!
