★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Therapure has a perfect recipe in place to completely destroy your initiative and creativity. They keep hiring Ph.D qualified individuals only to set them to menial/mundane tasks suitable for vocational school graduates.There's a downright intent to use and treat you anyway they wish which is invariably derogatorily. Project managers/coordinators are unbelievably rude and unreasonably demanding and often times function in projects without having a single technical clue about. There are multiple buffering bosses who give a range of orders that often contradict one another, causing tons of confusion and waste of time. By being "client focused" the management basically means you as a human being in the company are nonexistent. The extent of their disrespect to current, past and potential employees is so vast that they even inquire about your political views during selection process.
Office culture is riddled with pathetic gossip, defamation and disgusting politics. This company violates your sense of self-esteem, dignity and intelligence and debases you to something you could have never possibly imagined of yourself. Lots of dirty tricks , including business manipulations on their clients to deliver as low as possible, very unethical.
If you ever decided to work in this place remember they are ONLY hiring your MUSCLES, not your Brain. Given low workplace safety and always being exposed to undue chemical, biological and physical hazards, you may as well want to consider working in a coffee shop instead. You might get paid slightly less but will be a whole lot more respected for what you do, and healthier, both in mind and body.
Do yourself and your beloved ones a favor; please please go seek employment elsewhere.

The HR has no clue if the candidate is fit for the position that he/she applying for or not yet still they waste the candidate time by doing an interview. All I can say that if you are an employee in that company , then ask God to have mercy on you.

Trying to get something for nothing.... pretty disappointing....be careful when dealing with this company...
