It is impossible to know why so many Personal items are missing in a resident's home and why there is a close absence on weekends.
T	Thai Styling on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le personnel et l'administration sont très consciencieux. La nouvelle équipe est très expérimentée . Le bâtiment est très joli et très bien situé. The staff and administration are very conscientious. The new team is very experienced. The building is very pretty and very well located.

F	Franc on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ il y a 2 ans, ma vieille tante a déménagé dans cette résidence. Elle y est restée seulement 2 mois. Après une chute dans les escaliers avec sa chaise roulante (il n'y avait pas de surveillance), ils l'ont enfermé à clef dans sa chambre. Ensuite, sa plaie à la jambe a été mal traitée. Elle s'est ramassée à l'hôpital d'urgence et sa plaie n'a pu être traitée car trop avancée. Les soins sont vraiment manquants et inadéquats et je doute de la qualification du personnel infirmier. Les préposées sont cependant très gentilles. 2 years ago, my old aunt moved to this residence. She stayed there only 2 months. After falling down the stairs with his wheelchair (there was no surveillance), they locked him in his room. Then his leg wound was treated poorly. She picked up at the emergency hospital and her wound could not be treated because it was too far advanced. The care is really lacking and inadequate and I doubt the qualification of the nursing staff. The attendants are however very nice.

Il y a deux ans, j'ai mis ma mère dans cette résidence parce qu'un nouveau propriétaire annonçait un beau projet avec son infirmière bachelière et un médecin qui devait être là quatre jours par semaine. Mais le fameux nouveau propriétaire a tiré sa révérence sans avertir ainsi que son infirmière bachelière et le gentil médecin. Maintenant, c'est une compagnie de gestion. C'est inquiétant. Heureusement que les préposées de jour sont gentilles. Je dirais même vraiment gentilles. Merci à toutes celles qui se dévouent pour ma mère. There is no more nurse bachelor in this residence. Two years ago, I put my mother in this residence because a new owner announced a beautiful project with her nurse and a doctor who was supposed to be there four days a week. But the famous new owner bowed without warning as well as his nurse bachelor and the nice doctor. Now it's a management company. It's worrying. Fortunately, the day attendants are nice. I would even say really nice. Thank you to all those who devote themselves to my mother.

Je tenais à dire que je suis complètement outrée d'avoir vu, dans les offres d'emploi, que l'établissement à but lucratif paie les préposées aux bénéficiaires 11.07$ l'heure !!! Vous demandez 3 à 5 années d'expérience, un DEP et une disponibilité jour/soir/nuit/fin de semaine pour un salaire crève-faim de 11.07$/h "selon la convention collective" ??? C'est complètement HONTEUX de votre part! My evaluation does not concern the services of your establishment but rather the CREE-FAIM SALARY that you pay to your employees! I wanted to say that I am completely outraged to have seen, in the job offers, that the for-profit facility pays beneficiary attendants $ 11.07 an hour! You ask for 3 to 5 years of experience, a DEP and availability day / evening / night / weekend for a hungry salary of $ 11.07 / h "according to the collective agreement" ??? It's completely HONTEUX on your part!
