Il y a eu un moment de cafouillage apparent à la salle de réception: l’hôtesse ne s’attendait pas à prendre en charge un nombre d’invités plus élevés que 25. Or nous étions 80, une information qui avait été communiquée. Nous n’avions pas été préparés à offrir un pourboire, qui se veut substantiel, pour les services du traiteur. Lors du paiement final, la représentante nous a soulevé que le pourboire que nous avions offert était peu, j’ai été fort choquée de ce commentaire. Malgré ceci, le décor du site chaleureux, chargé d’humilité et d’humanisme accompagné d’un décorum se voulait parfait. Nice experience in general. Very professional. However, the follow-ups were not close enough. There was a moment of apparent confusion in the reception room: the hostess did not expect to take care of a number of guests higher than 25. However, there were 80 of us, information that had been communicated. We weren't prepared to offer a tip, which is meant to be substantial, for catering services. During the final payment, the representative told us that the tip we had offered was little, I was very shocked by this comment. Despite this, the decor of the warm site, charged with humility and humanism accompanied by a decorum was intended to be perfect.

Ils ont simplifiée une démarches qui n'est pas évidentes. Merci du fond du ❤️ The staff is courteous, attentive and the ceremony respected all our requests. They were responsive and available. La Résidence Funéraire ST-LOUIS ( Guay ) à Terrebonne a été encore une fois lors du décès de ma mère en février dernier. 10/10 Tout a été parfait un service au delà de ce que l’on peut espérer recevoir comme service funéraire, merci à toute votre équipe et particulièrement Mickael qui a été très comprenait. Our family has always needed professional support services when a death occurs in the family and that for more than 50 years. The Résidence Funéraire ST-LOUIS (Guay) in Terrebonne was once again when my mother passed away last February. 10/10 Everything was perfect, a service beyond what we can hope to receive as a funeral service, thank you to your whole team and especially Mickael who was very understanding.
