From the welcome to the Ceremony the service was outstanding! Despite difficult times to spend with the family, we were pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail of the wonderful staff. 5 stars!

Les funérailles de ma mère ont été célébrés dignement avec un soins et un respect irréprochable. Le personnel est à la disposition des familles endeuillés pour faciliter le processus. Merci pour tout!
It is not the son-in-law of the establishment that we like to have to deal with but life is like that. My mother's funeral was celebrated with dignity and impeccable respect. Staff are available to bereaved families to facilitate the process. Thank you for everything!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'ai appelé aujourd'hui pour avoir des détails sur les prix et services offerts suite à la mort de mon père hier. On me demande quelques informations a sont propos auxquelles je réponds candidement et on schedule un rendez-vous téléphonique pour cette après midi. Surprise! L'hôpital appelle ma défunte mère afin de valider la collection du cadavre de mon père encore chaud!! Furieux, je demande à l'agent (question rétorique) si c'est une procédure normale d'accourir au ramassage dune dépouille sans avoir prix d'arrangement ou signé d'ententes et on me répond que oui.
Hé bien! Mais dans quelle genre de monde vivez vous pour vous approprié sournoisement et sauvagement un client de cette manière abjecte? Aucun respect et minimum de savoir vivre, je donnerai 0 étoile si je le pouvais.
On s'attend d'être victime d'un tel comportement avec un vendeur de téléphone cellulaire, pas un salon mortuaire.
I called today to inquire about the prices and services offered following my father's death yesterday. I am asked for some information about it to which I reply candidly and we schedule a telephone meeting for this afternoon. Surprise! The hospital calls my late mother to validate the collection of my father's still hot corpse !! Furious, I ask the agent (retorical question) if it is a normal procedure to go to the pickup of a body without having price of arrangement or signed agreements and I am answered that yes.
Well! But what kind of world do you live in to sneakily and wildly appropriate a client in this abject way? No respect and minimum of knowing how to live, I will give 0 stars if I could.
You are expected to be the victim of such behavior with a cell phone seller, not a funeral home.
