 very bad experience treats their employees as numbers of competent employees he puts them out to make sure to hire young girls aged 14 to 15 instead of hiring competent staff

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ poor service on the 4th floor, no air conditioning in residents room, lots of aunts in the bathroom. Floors are dirty, not to mention the broken doors. Had to rush a move for my uncle’s well-being was starting to be affected by the living conditions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Within the 1st 5 days my relative who is Diabetic is not being cared for properly. Eg. regular meals, (NOT FOR DIABETICS). The blood sugar count is extremely high.
The lounge area appears to be OFF LIMITS in evening or the door is shut & can be difficult to open for some seniors.
The room my relative was given was not in good repair & 5 days later still needs work.
If visiting, there is VERY LITTLE parking.
You can find some street parking in the area.
We are yet to be fully satisfied that this is a place we are comfortable leaving our relative in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very beautiful place! Dad is happy. Great food! Staff is not bad. Many on their cell while working and not filling up the salt & pepper for supper. Patient left in her feces & very bad odor in dining area!
