Au telephone, rdv à 14h00 mais ils envoient un rdv a une autre heure par mail... vérifier bien vos mails, sinon vous perdez votre rdv... Après tout, c'est pas eux qui souffrent...
Maybe their medical experts are knowledgeable. I would never know because their appointment system is broken. On the phone, appointment at 2:00 p.m. but they send an appointment at another time by email ... check your emails carefully, otherwise you will lose your appointment ... After all, it is not them who are suffering ...

toujours agréables de se voir refuser des services pour cette raison!
de plus, ça sert à rien de demander nos préférences de communication si vous ne les respectez pas!
